I have worked in behavioral health since 2012. I currently work at the First Episode Center (Maricopa Integrated Health System) with young adults (age 15-25). I work as a Team Specialist assisting young people  that have experienced their first  mental break in psychosis. 

I am from Phoenix, Arizona by way of Atlanta, Georgia.  Three things that are important to me is family, genuine connections, and getting out in nature. 

I am excited to be a Certified Personal Medicine Coach. I know that being a CPMC equips me with the tools needed to give the young people I work with hope. I desire to educate communities on Personal Medicine and change the stigma on people that have been diagnosed with a brain health condition.
