Back in 2024, I learned about the power of Personal Medicine as a fellow colleague introduced me to the course. I felt the need to promptly integrate it into my work at a Residential mental health facility. I watched as people around me discovered there personal medicine and watch them heal within and be in control of their journey and story. There is a better way to provide mental health services, and it begins with the person we serve and meeting them where they are at.
