I am a psychiatric occupational therapist and therapeutic coach with over 30 years of experience. My mission is to help people access their own inner wisdom by connecting creatively with personal medicine activities that hold deeper meaning and purpose in their lives. My profession is strongly aligned with the tenets of Personal Medicine, and the peer recovery model.
I offer recovery-based individual and group sessions, both in my work at NY-Presbyterian Hospital, and in my private practice. I offer special rates for people who wish to participate in Personal Medicine coaching, and to gain support in applying these principles to daily life. I conduct in-person sessions in Manhattan, as well as online sessions worldwide. I am also available for presentations and inservices, and to provide consultations.
Contact Me WebsiteI hold a doctorate in occupational therapy from New York University, and trained as an Integral Coach through New Ventures West. I joined the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) after my brother was diagnosed with a mental illness. I now co-chair our hospital's fundraiser for the annual NAMI walk, and assist with the monthly NAMI Advocacy Group at our local chapter.
