I learned about Personal Medicine while working at OnTrack as a peer specialist in 2023 and immediately fell in love with the idea. I have experienced the value of self-help through sobriety from Alcoholism 11 years ago and know how essential it was to have my own Personal Medicine even if at the time I did not use those words exactly. Most of all though, I love to see people regain hope after a time of feeling like they were knocked down hard by circumstances, and I see it so much with Personal Medicine!
