I am the founder of SE Supports, a training and consultation agency for Supported Employment and Personal Medicine. Since 2012, I have worked in a variety of roles in Supported Employment. I have a BA in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration from Notre Dame de Namur University and a Masters of Professional Studies in Applied Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University. Supporting people in their journeys to living a full, independent life is very important to me. I enjoy helping people discover their passion and joy, which is what draws me to Personal Medicine. Some Personal Medicines I practice are gardening/plants, cross stitch, walking, and spending time with friends. These are things I do that bolster my mental health and help me stay well. We all know ourselves better than anyone else and have the power to pursue our individual recovery. Sometimes we just need guidance on listening to our unique inner wisdom.
