Hi, my name is Nasheeta and I'm from Karachi, Pakistan. I have previously worked as a psychiatric rehabilitation practitioner. My experience in the mental health field was disheartening and the models we used to help people just didn't feel good enough. So, when I discovered Personal Medicine I realized what was truly lacking in our care. Personal Medicine has been an enlightening and empowering experience for my own lived experience with mental illness. As a CPMC I hope to help people on their journey towards recovery and self-exploration and to rekindle their trust in themselves and their inner wisdom
