I have served in various capacities in social services ranging from working with young adults for social change, adults living with HIV and other chronic health conditions, adults covered by AHCCCS in Maricopa County via crisis services, workforce development, and employment and psychosocial rehabilitation services. After discovering Personal Medicine at a conference in 2022, I was immediately drawn into the practice. It is so simple, yet so powerful. It is something I have practiced in my life, but I did not name it. Personal Medicine evolves and grows with us. It gives us balance in our lives and enables all to take charge of their journeys and do what is important to get well and stay well. |
