Janet has been working in human services for over 12 years. She has an Associate's Degree majoring in Social Work from Lehigh Carbon Community College. Janet wants to expand her coaching experience. She has a desire to work with people from all walks of life. Coaching people to be reminded of what works for them and discovering new but deeply personal activities that can support wellbeing.

Janet has personal experience in overcoming challenges and has had the honor to walk with many others on the path to wellness. She is not only a Certified Peer Support Specialist in Pennsylvania but she holds the Mental Health America National CPS credential. Janet is an experienced facilitator and coach. She is a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner and feels her specialty is meeting people where they are at. She has worked with both individuals in a psych rehab setting and as a facilitator of wellness and recovery.
