Hello, my name is Eunice! I am a graduate student at the University of Southern Maine, my field of study is Counseling. My goal is to become a licensed clinical counselor and open a private practice someday. Currently, I am finishing my practicum/internship hours to complete my masters at Eastport Health Care. When I first stumbled upon Personal Medicine I had been in a training that briefly mentioned Pat Deegan and her work with Personal Medicine. It was like a light bulb went off! I realized at that moment that I had been "practicing" personal medicine for a large portion of my life, except now it had a name and I knew I wanted to learn more. Becoming a CPMC was personal to me because it resonated with who l am and what I strive to accomplish in my own practices and that's to really share the power of personal medicine with my peers and clients on their recovery journey.
