I have been working in the human services field since 1985. I have had many hats and many different roles. My journey has been an exciting, heartbreaking and rewarding one. I have my own lived experience which as impacted my journey. I have lived through shame and misunderstanding. I had decided along time ago that a diagnosis can be a weapon in the wrong minds. I am blessed to have, had so many wonderful people believe in me. I stand here today a better person, because I took charge of my own personal medicine.

A large part of my role is supervising Peer services and this gives me great hope and joy.
