I firmly believe that within every person is an inner healer - the wisdom that has guided their life thus far. I want to express deep respect for their lives and the unique inner wisdom they carry. On the journey of recovery, I have witnessed how Personal Medicine empowers us to manage the challenges we face. I have also personally experienced this by discovering and practicing my own PM. To those who wish to connect with their inner wisdom, I offer my genuine curiosity and willingness to listen. I hope to walk alongside them - at their own pace - as they discover their unique and personal PM. I will support them in taking the steering wheel of their own life and driving it themselves. To ensure that the insights I have gained through the CPMC program remain alive, I determine to continue this journey with an awakened and attentive heart.
