Jillian Tinker

NDIS Support Coordinator

Certified Personal Medicine Coach

Over the past 25 years, I've navigated the challenges of lived experience with a diagnosis of Bipolar I; from severe depression to extreme manic psychosis episodes, including time spent in psychiatric wards. Being "in the system," undergoing various treatments, medications, therapies, and coping skill checklists all attributed to my recovery story. During those times, I found activities that resonated with me-things I loved and that worked uniquely for me. My own strength and resilience kept me moving forward. Now, I recognize these as my very own Personal Medicines; these were the things I did for myself, unknowingly, to keep going. As I pursued a Diploma in Mental Health and worked as a Mental Health Recovery Worker, my lived experience became my greatest asset connecting me with others on their paths to recovery, I found joy in supporting them. Now, as an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator, I'm passionate about helping people find and embrace their unique Personal Medicines to thrive.
