Certified Personal Medicine Coach

During the CPMC training, I realized that there were many areas where I was lacking in supporting my clients. Last year, I briefly experienced training through the PM guide, but going through the coaching process, I realized that the depth is different. Especially as I came to understand coaching skills and fidelity, I experienced thorough and in-depth training on how to adapt to the diversity of clients. Applying this through practice also became an opportunity for my own growth. I have participated in various training programs related to mental rehabilitation until now, but the CPMC training was a valuable time where I realized that not only learning well but also applying it effectively is important. And I gained confidence in better utilizing and supporting the PM guide. The final exam was very difficult, but thanks to the professor's teaching and coaching, I was able to pass it successfully. Additionally, It was a beneficial time as I learned a lot by observing the coaching methods and commonly used skills of my fellow trainees. I want to continue working in a mental rehabilitation facility and share and support my clients with what I have discovered and learned through this process. I'm very grateful for your support in helping me pass the exam, even though I still have many areas where I need to improve. It seems that there is no end to learning. I will strive to learn more diligently and put in the effort.
