My work as a peer support specialist has provided me with a strong foundation in offering compassionate guidance, and facilitating recovery-focused conversations. I became a Certified Personal Medicine Coach to expand my ability to empower individuals in managing their health through a holistic approach. I believe in a client-centered approach that emphasizes autonomy, empowerment, and trust.
